It is possible to use our Communications API to replace existing channels of customer communications (e.g. Physical Postage, Unsecured email etc), with our out-of-the-box, sustainable, secure and regulatory complaint Digital Vault Communication channel. Example of documents which can be communicated include marketing collateral, statements, policy documentation.
We can provide direct access to documents delivered to your customers through our white-label website. We can email your customers with the links, or provide the links back to your system to send the email. Other forms of delivery such as SMS and WhatsApp can also be supported.

Document revocation
Documents can be revoked once issued, and will no longer be accessible. A simple ‘revoke’ call with the document’s ID will remove it.
Version control
Documents can be updated with newer versions. A call to the document update method in the data API will replace it with a newer version.
Read receipts
The data API can be queried to show which documents have been accessed by which customers.
Data Insights
We can scan documents and extract important data to display to your customer alongside the document. Equally we can accept metadata to be provided along with a document, giving you full control of what the customer is shown.
